At Trailven, we are committed to delivering your outdoor gear safely, promptly, and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, regions we serve, and essential logistics terms for customers.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

  • Canada

  • Australia & New Zealand

❌ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by international sanctions.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £66 / $89 (excluding oversized items).
For orders below this threshold, shipping fees apply as follows:

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 4–7 business days (available at checkout for £20–£40 depending on country)

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

5. Oversized or Heavy Items

  • Items longer than 60 cm or heavier than 2 kg are considered oversized/heavy and do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Additional charges will be shown at checkout.

6. Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For EU and UK customers, some products may include prepaid VAT (IOSS).

7. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • All shipments include tracking.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of shipping, please contact info@trailven.com.

  • Failed delivery (due to incorrect address, refusal of parcel, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts) may result in additional reshipping fees.
