1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Please note:
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or countries restricted by international sanctions.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $89 (excluding oversized items). Orders below $89 are charged according to destination as shown below:

4. Oversized or Heavy Items
Items exceeding 60 cm in length or 2 kg in weight are considered oversized/heavy and do not qualify for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $89. Additional shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
5. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days (varies by destination)
- Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 7–10 business days, available at checkout for $25–$50 depending on country
6. Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Some items may include prepaid VAT (IOSS) for EU/UK orders.
7. Tracking & Delivery Issues
All shipments include tracking. If tracking details are not received within 3 business days, please contact info@trailven.com. Failed delivery (wrong address, refusal, repeated failed attempts) may result in reshipping fees.
